Holiday home B&B for sale in Piedmont.

In the mountain village of Runch, part of Frazione Tornetti in the municipality of Viù, this former agriturismo is being auctioned. The village is situated at an altitude of 1,170 m, approximately 9 km from the centre of Viù, in the Valle di Lanzo — peaceful, secluded, and with mountain views.

The building dates from the last century but was completely renovated between 2010 and 2012. It has three floors and is detached on all four sides, with a small courtyard. The facades are natural stone, and the roof features authentic loose slates.

• The associated land (1,251 m²) comprises only the yard and garden around the house, not productive agricultural land; the historical link to an agricultural business (to which the current D/10 designation and permits refer) has been severed.
