Legal research on premises
When a home or property has your interest, our legal partner conducts a thorough investigation. We will request all relevant documents from the court, point out important issues such as possible restrictions or exclusions, and clearly explain the bidding conditions and annexes.
Market research
We analyse the property market in the relevant region to assess whether the established value is current and realistic.
Viewings & Inspections
Would you like to view the property? We will make an appointment with the court-appointed representative. Depending on the location, we can accompany you and, if required, engage an engineer for a structural inspection.
Documents & Registration
If you decide to participate in the auction, we will help you collect all the required documents and ensure that registration is done correctly through our lawyer. If you do not yet have an Italian tax number (Codice Fiscale), we will arrange this for you.
Participation in the auction
We advise you on a realistic bidding strategy and support you during the auction, either via a live link or by representing you directly.
Not the highest bid?
If another participant wins, we will discuss the outcome with you, provide insight into the course of the auction and ensure that your deposit from 10% is quickly and properly refunded.
You offer the winning amount
Congratulations, the property is yours! From this moment on, we take over the entire follow-up process: we arrange the transfer of ownership, liaise with the court and, if necessary, submit a request for eviction. We accompany you until you are full owner, with keys in hand.
