Tourist complex for sale, very suitable as a campsite.

This complex is just a 20-minute drive from the beautiful long sandy beaches on the Abruzzo coast. Within a few minutes you can reach the lovely towns of Morro d’ Oro and Notaresco. Pescara airport can be found within 45 minutes.

The unit was built between 2010 and 2013 and has particular potential. It consists of a building with six accommodations, partly connected to a second building that houses the restaurant.
In front of the restaurant is a beautiful elongated swimming pool, with a separate section for (small) children.

The largely flat site also contains a sports field and a riding school. Of note, the permits for both of these are not in order, and it is not yet clear whether they can be retained.

Otherwise, the property covers an area of no less than 4 hectares, with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains.

The complex has been put up for a lot of money, with, in our view, not always happy choices in terms of colour and design. If you can see through this, with some imagination and creativity it could be turned into a great place for campers and camping!

Note: The complex has been abandoned for several years and suffers to a large extent from overdue maintenance.
