Agriturismo for sale in Piedmont.

This is a golden opportunity, located amidst the stunning vineyards of Piedmont. The complex comprises an agriturismo with two suites, four junior suites, and five recently built country suites with a capacity for up to 4 beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette, a fridge, and a minibar.

Aside from the agriturismo, there is a second (residential) house on the complex, with a second swimming pool.
