In the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa, you will find this fantastically free-standing agriturismo. Despite its free location, the town of Gambassi Terme, well-known spa town, can be reached within minutes.

The agriturismo has two buildings used to rent out flats. In total, there are 6/7 turnkey, particularly atmospheric flats.

Eyecatcher is the beautiful swimming pool with great views. There is also a riding school on the property, consisting of horse boxes and a horse trough. The riding school received a 10-year licence in 2008. Should you wish to continue this activity, we will have to check whether this licence has been renewed.

Note: Some sheds have been built on the property without the proper permits. The new owner will have to remove these at his own expense.
